Temporary restriction on IDOS Product Orders
It is currently not possible to order IDOS products. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
This is due to the regular update and processing of new timetable data for the upcoming period. Since the current timetables are also nearing the end of their validity, ordering products during this period would not be an ideal solution for most customers. We therefore prefer to wait for complete and verified data for the new period so that we can offer you products with the longest possible usability and up-to-date content.
Additional Information
Railway timetable data is usually not available until early November. We typically receive bus and public transit system data in early December, shortly before they take effect. In some cases, the data may be available earlier, but usually only in an incomplete form.
To ensure we can deliver products with complete and verified data, we have temporarily suspended order acceptance.
Please also refrain from sending orders via email until service resumes. As soon as the ordering system is available again, we will be happy to process your orders through our standard channels.
Restoring Orders
We are continuously working to restore the ordering system. The estimated date for its relaunch is mid-November.
